Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Retail Website Orders

We offer free standard shipping on website orders totaling $150 or more within the continental United States.

Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Government & Agency Orders

Shipping costs apply to all government and agency purchase orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping charges will be included on the invoice or quote provided.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once the order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the continental United States typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us directly for special arrangements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ScottLock is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
